We have a limited number of COVID spring booster vaccinations available at the surgery for patients aged 75 and over (or those who will turn 75 before 30th June 2024).  Self-book text message invites will be sent to eligible patients over the coming weeks.

We understand how important it is to keep your personal information safe and secure and we take this very seriously. We have taken steps to make sure your personal information is looked after in the best possible way and we review this regularly.

Please read this privacy notice (‘Privacy Notice’) carefully, as it contains important information about how we use the personal and healthcare information we collect on your behalf.

Please note that the data protection and electronic communication laws do not stop us from sending public health messages to you, either by phone, text or email as these messages are not direct marketing.

It may also be necessary, where the latest technology allows us to do so, to use your information and health data to facilitate digital consultations and diagnoses and we will always do this with your security in mind.

As part of the NHS Digital response to the Covid 19 Pandemic, arrangements have been made for GP Practices in England to access the GP Connect functionality. Confidential patient information can beprocessed for the purposes as set out in Regulation 3(1) of the Control of Patient Information (COPI) to support the Secretary of State’s response to Covid 19 (Covid 19 purpose). This notice will remain in place until 31 October 2022. Information can be shared under the regulations by GPs, NHS Digital and NHS England.

We are required to provide you with this Privacy Notice by Law. It explains how we use the personal and healthcare information we collect, store and hold about you.
