Health Promotion Clinics / Chronic Disease Management We have a variety of clinics held at the surgery to both screen and monitor certain conditions. These include:
An appointment can be made at reception for these clinics. You may be sent a letter if you are due for a screening or your Doctor wishes for you to have a health check. Child Immunisations Cryotherapy Family Planning A comprehensive Family Planning advice is offered by our Doctors and Practice Nurses. Maternity Services All our GP's provide Maternity care in conjunction with the Community Midwife. The Midwife can be contacted via Waterlooville Health Centre (023 9224 0340) Baby Clinic Our Health Visitors are able to give advice on child care and discuss any concerns or questions you may have. There are Baby changing facilities for your use, within the Practice. Community Health We have a team of District Nurses & Health Visiting Staff who can be contacted via the Community Health Office (023) 9225 7114 |
